The grievance ventilated through this PIL is that there are
encroachments made on Government land and also illegal
construction of marriage garden, multi-storey building and parking
constructed illegally by certain parties.
All the complaints which are being made in this PIL are
required to be examined by Tehsildar of Tehsil Ladpura, District
Kota. Certain representations have been made to various
authorities including Tehsildar also.
Let the petitioners submit detailed application before
concerned Tehsildar within a period of one month from today
along with a copy of this order. Once application is made, Tehsildar
shall issue notice to the persons against whom allegations of
illegal construction or encroachment has been made, hear them
and then pass an appropriate order in accordance with law as
early as possible.
If no decision is taken within a period of four months,
petitioners would be at liberty to revive this petition.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
