               1.  Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the    
                   instant bail application.                                        
               2.  Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as not    
                   pressed.                                                         
               3.  Learned trial Court is directed to make all sincere endeavors    
                   to complete the  trial within a period of six months after       
                   receipt of a copy of this order.                                 
               4.  Needless to say that if the trial is not completed as directed   
                   above, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this       
                   Court again directly.
