1. The instant bail application is preferred aggrieved from the
dismissal of the bail application on 11.06.2024 in Sessions Case
No.(42/2014) 81/2021 arising out of FIR No.216/2014 dated
19.03.2014 registered at Police Station Gangapurcity, District
Sawai Madhopur wherein after bail jump when the petitioner was
produced before the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2,
Gangapurcity then the bail application was dismissed.
2. Considered the submissions of learned counsel for the
petitioner and learned GA-cum-AAG, I am of the opinion that one
more opportunity is required to be granted to the petitioner.
3. Hence, the bail application of accused-petitioner Muniraj S/o
Kailashchand is allowed and the accused-petitioner Muniraj S/o
Kailashchand is directed to be released on bail subject to terms,
conditions and satisfaction of the Trial Court.
4. Office is directed to send a copy of this order by e-mail to
the Trial Court.
