                1. The  petitioners-plaintiffs preferred this petition, feeling     
                aggrieved by  dismissal of  their application for temporary

                the order dated 25 July, 2007, dismissing miscellaneous appeal      
                filed thereagainst.                                                 
                2. During course of this writ petition, it has been informed that   
                civil suit itself has been dismissed.

                dated 31 July, 2024, the civil suit has been dismissed in default
