               1.   Instant Misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been       
               filed by petitioner, challenging the order dated 07.12.2022 passed   
               by  the District Parole Advisory Committee,   Alwar qua   the        
               petitioner and seeking directions to release the petitioner on       
               second regular parole of 30 days.                                    
               2.   Learned  counsel for  the  petitioner, on instructions of       
               petitioner, submits that the criminal writ petition and prayer made  
               therein have rendered infructuous.                                   
               3.   Accordingly, the criminal writ petition is dismissed as having  
               become  infructuous.                                                 
               4.   Stay application and any other pending application(s), if any,  
               stand disposed of.
