                    Learned counsel for respondents submits that pursuant to        
               the order dated 08.03.2023, the respondents have passed a fresh      
               order on the representation filed by the petitioner. Thus, the order 
               dated 08.03.2023 of which contempt is alleged has been complied      
               with. Hence, the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.    
                    None has  put in appearance for the petitioner to deny the      
               aforesaid fact.                                                      
                    The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.               
                    Notices stand discharged.
