1. The present review petition has been preferred by the
petitioner – State for review/recalling of the order dated
12.01.2024 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.9805/2021.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid
writ petition, which was wrongly decided as infructuous, may be
decided in light of the order passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.9350/2021- State of Rajasthan Vs. Managing Committee, Shri
Jain Shwetambhar Murti Pujak Education Society & Ors.
3. For the reasons mentioned in the review petition and the
submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant review
[2024:RJ-JD:10317] [WRW-24/2024]

petition is allowed and the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this
Court in SBCWP No.9805/2021, is hereby recalled.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is restored to its original
number.
