               1.   The accused-petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection    
               with FIR No.543/2024  registered at Police Station Bajaj Nagar,      
               Jaipur City (East) for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2),   
               74, 307, 134, 324(4) & 324(5) of the BNS, 2023, the petitioner       
               has preferred this anticipatory bail application under Section 482   
               of the BNSS.                                                         
               2.   Heard.                                                          
               3.   Considered the submissions made  at bar and also perused        
               the material available on record.                                    
               4.   Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel        
               for the petitioner and so also the fact that the injuries sustained  
               by the complainant party are simple in nature, this Court without    
               expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, deems just and

               proper to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the accused-    
               petitioner.                                                          
               5.   Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application under Section    
               482 of the BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of    
               arrest of the petitioner- Aditya Singh S/o Shri Rajendra Singh,      
               in connection with the aforesaid FIR shall be released on bail,      
               provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/-    
               with two  sureties in the  sum  of  Rs.50,000/- each  to the         
               satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned     
               Police Station on the following conditions:-                         
                   (i)  that  the  petitioner shall make    himself                 
                   available for interrogation by a police officer as and           
                   when  required;                                                  
                   (ii) that  the petitioner shall not  directly or                 
                   indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise                
                   to any person acquainted with the facts of the case              
                   so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to              
                   the court or any police officer, and                             
                   (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave  India                 
                   without previous permission of the court.
