For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the
same is allowed subject to a cost of ₹2,500/-. The order dated
01.08.2023 passed by this Court as also the order dated
31.08.2023 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) are recalled. The writ
petition no.4760/2016 shall stand restored to its original number
provided the cost is deposited with the Litigants Welfare Fund and
the order dated 01.08.2023 passed therein is complied with within
a period of four weeks from today failing which this order shall
stand recalled and the restoration application shall stand
dismissed without reference to the Court.
