                    Learned counsel for the respondents submits that despite        
               participation by the petitioner in the recruitment process pursuant  
               to an interim order of this Court, he remained unsuccessful.         
                    Learned counsel  for the petitioner submits that in view        
               thereof, this civil writ petition is rendered infructuous.           
                    The  civil writ petition is dismissed accordingly. Pending      
               application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
