     Order No.                                                                    
       01.        1. Heard Mr. R. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well
                  as Mr. S.K. Jena, learned Additional Government Advocate for    
                  the State-Opposite Parties.                                     
                  2. It is agreed at the Bar that, the case of the Petitioner is covered
                  by the decision rendered in OA No.1668 of 2017 (Ashok Kumar     
                  Mohapatra v. State of Orissa) and confirmed by this Court as    
                  well as by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.                           
                  3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to
                  the Opposite Parties to consider the case of the Petitioner in the
                  light of the decision rendered in the case of Ashok Kumar       
                  Mohapatra (supra) by completing the entire exercise within a    
                  period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of
                  this order along with copy of the writ petition.                
                  4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper     
                  application.
