              02.     1.    Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.       
                      2.    Gone through the contents of the writ petition and relief
                      sought for therein.                                           
                      3.    Limited grievance of the petitioner for early disposal of
                      proceeding in SRP No.1630 of 2015 on the grounds stated.      
                      4.    No objection is received from Mr. Ghose, learned AGA for
                      the State, if any such direction is issued to opposite party No.2 in that
                      regard.                                                       
                      5.    Having regard to the fact that the proceeding is pending since
                      2015 and a year-old one, the Court is inclined to direct opposite party
                      No.2 to dispose of the same at the earliest.                  
                      6.    Accordingly, it is ordered.                             
                      7.    In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the
                      direction to opposite party No.2 to ensure early disposal of the
                      proceeding in SRP No.1630 of 2015 preferably within a period of four
                      weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
