              01.        1.      This matter  is taken  up  through  Hybrid         
                         Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).                       
                         2.      This is a writ petition by the Petitioner under    
                         Articles 226 and 227  of the Constitution of India,        
                         1952  praying  to direct OP  No. 5  to accept  the         
                         document  for alienation of the property in Khata No.      
                         19, Plot No. 150 of Mouza-Sundarikhal, PS-Dhenkanal        
                         Sadar in terms of Revenue  Circular/Guide lines vide       
                         No. 34141 dated 17.11.2014.                                
                         3.      In the course of hearing, Mr. Niranjan Panda,      
                         learned  counsel for  the  Petitioner unequivocally        
                         submits  to direct the Sub-Registrar, Dhenkanal to         
                         take a decision to accept the documents for alienation     
                         of the property.                                           
                         4.      In view of the aforesaid innocuous prayer as       
                         advanced  by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this      
                         Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the      
                         case disposes of the present writ petition by directing

                         OP No.5  to take a decision on the acceptance of the       
                         documents  for alienation of the property in Khata No.     
                         19, Plot No. 150 of Mouza-Sundarikhal, PS-Dhenkanal        
                         Sadar in accordance  with Rules. It is further made        
                         clear that OP No.5 may take any decision with regard       
                         to applicability of Revenue Circular/Guide-lines vide      
                         No. 34141 dated 17.11.2014 in the matter.
