           10.     1.  The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.                  
                   2   Heard Mr.Lenka, learned counsel for the Petitioner and       
                   Mr.Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State in both the
                   writ petitions.                                                  
                   3.  It is submitted at the Bar in course of hearing that in the meantime,
                   both the writ petitions have been rendered infructuous since the 
                   Petitioner has been given another posting and has already joined there.
                   However, Mr.Lenka submits that a direction may be issued to the

                   authority to release the salary of the Petitioner for the period the
                   Petitioner did not join in the post.                             
                   4.  Accordingly, both the writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous
                   with liberty to the Petitioner to make his grievance before the authority
                   for release of his salary.                                       
                   5.  Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper     
                   application.
