                   01. 1.   This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.            
                       2.   The Petitioner being in custody in connection with      
                       Aska P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case     
                       No. 119 of 2021 on  the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aska       
                       running for alleged commission of offence under section      
                       450/376(2)(n)/ 354-C/506 of the IPC read with Section-       
                       66(E) of the I.T. Act, has filed this application under section
                       439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.                  
                       3.   Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned    
                       counsel for the State.                                       
                       4.   Perused the materials placed before this Court. It is   
                       found that Petitioner was earlier released on bail by this   
                       Court vide order dtd.17.05.2021 in BLAPL No.3145 of 2021.    
                       5.   It is also found that due to non-taking of step by the  
                       engaged counsel, NBW was issued against the Petitioner on    
                       23.08.2023 and accordingly Petitioner was apprehended        
                       and in custody since 09.10.2024. Since the Petitioner was

                       continuing on bail being granted by this Court in BLAPL      
                       No.3145 of 2021, this Court is inclined to direct for release
                       of the Petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as    
                       deemed fit and proper by the court in seisin of the case in  
                       addition to the conditions framed by this Court in its earlier
                       order dtd.17.05.2021 in BLAPL No.3145 of 2021.               
                       6.   The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
