             01.                                                                    
                    1.     Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned    
                    counsel for the State.                                          
                    2.     The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection
                    with G.R. Case No.83 of 2023 pending on the file of learned     
                    S.D.J.M., Angul arising out of Angul Sadar P.S. Case No. 19 of  
                    2023 for commission of offences punishable under Sections       
                    324/326/34 of IPC read with Section 135 of Orissa Electricity Act,
                    2003.                                                           
                    3.     Taking into account the nature of allegations, punishment
                    prescribed and the submissions made, it is directed that on     
                    surrendering within four weeks hence and moving for bail, the   
                    Petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin
                    on such terms as deemed just and proper subject to verification of
                    criminal antecedent of similar nature.                          
                    4.     If it comes to the fore that the Petitioners have any such
                    criminal antecedent, this order shall not be given effect to.

                    5.     It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate
                    with the ongoing investigation and shall appear before the      
                    jurisdictional police station once a month till submission of final
                    form. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the
                    learned Court in seisin. Violation thereof shall entail consequential
                    action in accordance with law without any further reference to this
                    Court.                                                          
                    6.     Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.              
                    7.     Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
