          01.    1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.      
                 2. By means of this application, the Petitioners seek grant of bail U/s. 438
                 of CrPC in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the
                 offences U/s. 341/323/332/186/353/427/307/34 IPC.                
                 3. It is alleged that while the Excise Inspector Squad and the staff were
                 performing excise raid, one I/D liquor was found in a scooty. At that time,
                 accused Ramakanta Majhi, Bharat Oram, Patal Majhi and their associates
                 arrived at the spot with a white colour Bolero No.OD-02/BM-4997. They
                 assaulted the raiding team and torn their seizure list, government
                 documents and obstructed their government duty. One Ramakanta Majhi
                 pressed the neck of Sub-Inspector of Excise with an intention to kill him. It
                 is further alleged that the accused persons dragged the Informant on the

                 road and pressed his neck and assaulted other staff and took away the
                 seized vehicle, accused and I/d liquor.                          
                 4. Keeping in view the allegations appearing in the FIR, the circumstances
                 appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences while this Court is
                 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that in the event the
                 Petitioners surrender and move for bail in connection with Turumunga PS
                 Case No.96 of 2024 corresponding to GR Case No.479 of 2024 pending
                 before the learned JMFC, (CT), Keonjhar within a period of three weeks
                 hence, upon verification of antecedents and in the event no injury is
                 detected on the injured persons as alleged in the FIR, the Petitioners shall
                 be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just
                 and proper by the said court subject to deposit of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three
                 Thousand only) each in the manner to be directed by the said court. The
                 ABLAPL  is disposed of accordingly.
