            08.     1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.        
                    2. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner being a loanee,
                    has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite    
                    Parties/Bank authorities for settling the loan outstanding    
                    dues under the O.T.S. Scheme.                                 
                    3. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Opposite 
                    Parties /Bank submits that if the Petitioner approaches the   
                    Bank authorities for the above purpose with a reasonably      
                    sound proposal, the Bank would consider such request of the   
                    Petitioner in accordance with law.                            
                    4. Considering the above submission of learned counsel for    
                    the Opposite Parties/Bank, this Court directs the Petitioner to
                    approach the Opposite Parties/Bank with a suitable proposal
