            01.     1.    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Behera,
                    learned ASC for the State appearing for the opposite          
                    party/contemnor.                                              
                    2.    The Court’s order dated 8th February, 2023 passed in    
                    W.P.(C) No. 36446 of 2023, since not complied with, the contempt
                    petition is filed.                                            
                    3.    Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite
                    party/contemnor is still to comply the Court’s direction. In reply,
                    Mr. Behera, learned ASC for the State prays further six weeks time
                    to ensure compliance of the Court’s order dated 8th February, 2023
                    passed in W.P.(C) No. 36446 of 2023.                          
                    4.    Considering the above submissions, the contempt petition
                    stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite party/contemnor
                    to immediately comply the Court’s order dated 8th February, 2023
                    passed in W.P.(C) No. 36446 of 2023 within next six weeks, failing

                    which, he shall be visited with action under the Contempt of the
                    Court Act.                                                    
                    5.    Urgent copy of this order be issued as per rules.
