             05.       This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.                 
                    2. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf   
                    of the opposite parties-contemnors has brought to the notice of this
                    Court various orders passed by the Supreme Court including an   
                    order dated 02.02.2024 passed in SLP (C) No.2426 of 2024, from  
                    which it transpires that operation of the order, violation of which
                    has been alleged in the present contempt petition, has been stayed.
                    3. In such view of the matter, no case of deliberate disobedience
                    of this Court’s order is made out.                              
                    4. This contempt proceeding accordingly stands dropped.
