             06.       This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.                 
                    2. It is an admitted position that the order of this Court dated
                    27.02.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.5920 of 2023, violation of which
                    has been alleged in the present contempt petition, is subject matter
                    of challenge in W.A. No.1872 of 2023.                           
                    3. In such view of the matter, no case of deliberate disobedience
                    of this Court’s order is made out.                              
                    4. This contempt proceeding accordingly stands dropped and the  
                    personal appearance of the Director General of Police, Odisha   
                    stands dispensed with.
