                    2. Heard Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and
                    Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate      
                    (AGA) for the State-Opposite Parties.                         
                    3. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner, has contended that

                    pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19 July 2021, the   
                    Petitioner was allowed to execute the contract in order to perform
                    the work and he has already completed 80% of the work.        
                    4. Mr. Mohanty, learned AGA, does not dispute the above fact and
                    states that the matter has now become infructuous.            
                    5. In view of such submission made, the writ petition stands  
                    disposed of as infructuous.
