         05.       1.   This Matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
                   /Physical Mode).                                               
                   2.   In spite of repeated directions of the Court to the appellant to
                   remove the defects shown by the Registry, the appellant had not been
                   removed the same.                                              
                   3.   Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-removal of the defects.
                   4.   Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed and disposed of finally.
