                    State of Orissa …. Petitioner(s)
                                             Mr. Dhananjaya Mund, AGA
                                         -versus-
                    Pitabasa Bara …. Opposite Party(s)
                            CORAM:
                            DR. JUSTICE S.K. PANIGRAHI
                                        ORDER
                                        31.01.2024
          Order
                     CRLREV No.444 of 2016 & Misc. Case No.647 of 2016
          No.
            02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
                    2. This Misc. Case is filed for condoning the delay of 980
days in preferring the CRLREV No.444 of 2016.
                    3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the
State and looking to the averments made in this Misc.
Case, this Court is of the view that the State is not a
powerless or poor litigant with any menace to approach
this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to condone
the delay of 980 days in preferring the CRLREV No.444 of
                    2016.
                    4. The Misc. Case is, accordingly, dismissed.
                    5. Consequently, the CRLREV is dismissed being barred
                    by limitation.
