                   01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement        
                       (Virtual/Physical) Mode.                                     
                       2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.          
                       3. This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-
                       compliance of the order dated 23.12.2022 passed by this Court in
                       W.P.(C) No.35558 of 2022.                                    
                       4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon
                       hearing learned counsel for the Parties, this Contempt Petition is
                       disposed of by granting one month further time to the Opp. Party-
                       Contemnor to comply with the order passed on 23.12.2022.     
                       However, if the order is not complied with within the extended
                       time, it will be held as deliberate violation of this Court’s order.
