01. 1. Heard.
2. The Petitioner is facing prosecution in G.R. Case No.2436
of 2015 arising out of Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.325 of 2015 under
Sections 341, 325, 307, 506, 354, 294 and 34 of I.P.C. pending in
the Court of the learned Nyayadhikari, Grama Nyalaya, Puri.
3. The Petitioner was granted bail on 08.03.2018. However,
the Petitioner did not appear before the Court below on 08.09.2023
leading to issuance of NBW against him.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instruction from his
client undertakes that his client would be appearing before the

Court below on or before 22 March, 2024 and seeks appropriate
remedy available to him under law.
5. Taking into consideration the above facts and submission
at the Bar, the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by the learned
Nyayadhikari, Grama Nyalaya, Puri in G.R. Case No.2436 of 2015
arising out of Puri Sadar P.S. Case No.325 of 2015 is set aside,
subject to the Petitioner paying cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited in
the Orissa High Court Advocates’ Welfare Fund.
6. The CRLMC is disposed of.
