       Order No.                                                                  
           02.       1.   This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
                     /Physical Mode).                                             
                     2.   Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.              
                     3.   This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Petitioners
                     seeking correction in the case number mentioned order dated  
                     25.11.2024 as well as in the bail application.               
                     4.   Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that in while
                     preparing the bail application, the case number wrongly typed out as
                      2(a) CC Case No.453 of 2024      2(a) CC Case No.439 of     
                     “                       ” instead of “                       
                     2024                                                         
                        ”.                                                        
                     5.   In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners is
                     permitted to make carry out correction in the body of the bail
                     application. A corrected copy of bail application be filed within seven
                     working days.                                                
                     6.   In view of the aforesaid modification, para-3 of order dated
                     25.11.2024 stands modified to the extent that the case number be read
                                                                Page 1 of 2.      

                        2(a) CC Case No.439 of 2024                               
                     as “                     ”.                                  
                     7.   In view of such modification, the time to surrender of the
                     Petitioners before the Court below is extended to another four weeks
                     from today subject to depositing cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One
                     Thousand) each                                               
                                 in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court
                     Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt
                     thereof in proof of deposit.                                 
                     8.   It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the
                     stipulated time, time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall
                     stand revoked automatically.                                 
                     9.   Accordingly, the I.A. stands allowed.                   
                     10.  Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules after filing
                     of the corrected copy of the bail application.
