                       by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.             
                       3.   Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.           
                       4.   Considering the submission made by the learned counsel  
                       for the Petitioner, four weeks’ time from today is allowed to the
                       Petitioner to surrender before the court in seisin over the matter
                       and take advantage of order dated 30.09.2024.
