            01.     1.    The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.             
                    2.    The Petitioner having been implicated in connection     
                    with Bhandaripokhari P.S. Case No.197 of 2018, corresponding  
                    to G.R Case No.1918 of 2018 pending in the file of the learned
                    S.D.J.M., Bhadrak for alleged commission of offence under     
                    Section-457/380/511/427 of the IPC, has filed this application
                    under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the
                    event of his arrest in the aforesaid case.                    
                    3.    Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned    
                    counsel for the State.                                        
                    4.    Considering the submissions made and keeping viewing    
                    the nature of  accusations as also other surrounding          
                    circumstances; while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail
                    to the Petitioner, it is observed that in the event, the Petitioner
                    surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in the above
                    mentioned case and moves for his release on bail, the same shall
                    be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all

                    such developments which have taken place in the meantime in   
                    their proper perspective including the factum of grant of bail to
                    the co-accused person(s), if any, who are similarly situated with
                    the Petitioner applying the rule of parity and disposed of in 
                    accordance with law.                                          
                    5.    The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.                  
                          Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
