                     2.   Heard Mr. K.A. Guru, learned counsel for the petitioner and
                     Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate for O.P.

                     3.   It is contended by learned counsel for the parties that the case
                     of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case
                     of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. vs. Union of India and Others (in W.P.(C)
                     No.4301 of 2021 disposed of on 02.03.2023).                  
                     3.   In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of in
                     terms of the observation and direction issued in the case of Larsen &
                     Toubro Ltd. (supra).
