         01.        1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.    
                    2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks grant of
                    anticipatory bail Under Section.438 of Cr.P.C. in apprehension of
                    arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s.       
                    294/323/341/506 of IPC corresponding to C.T Case No.400 of 2024
                    arising out of Saheed Nagar P.S Case No.191 of 2024 pending on
                    the files of learned J.M.F.C-III., Bhubaneswar.               
                    3. Perusal of the FIR reveals that on 31.03.2024 at about 11.00
                    A.M, while the Informant along with children had been to the  
                    Zudio Mall for shopping, at the time of trial, the accused person
                    abused her and assaulted her. It is further alleged that the accused
                    persons threatened her to do away with his life along with their
                    children.

                    4. Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for the    
                    Petitioner and keeping in view the facts and circumstance that
                    gave rise to the lodging of the FIR, it is directed that, in the event
                    of an arrest the arresting officer shall release the Petitioner on
                    bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and 
                    proper. In case no arrest is contemplated within three weeks  
                    hence the Petitioner shall surrender before the court in seisin over
                    the matter and move for bail in which event the learned court 
                    shall admit the Petitioner to bail on such terms and condition as
                    would deem fit and proper. The ABLAPL is accordingly stands   
                    disposed of.                                                  
                    5. A free copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for
                    the State for reference.
