       03.        1. Heard Mr. R.N. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner and
                  Mr. S. Ghose, learned Additional Government Advocate for the    
                  State-Opposite Parties.                                         
                  2. The grievance of the Petitioner is regarding issuance of Not 
                  Final RoR after the order was passed by the Assistant Settlement
                  Officer, Rental Colony, Bhubaneswar under Annexure-1.           
                  3. Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ
                  petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Settlement
                  Officer, Major Settlement, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.2) to look
                  into the grievance of the Petitioner, in accordance with law,   
                  within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified
                  copy of this order.                                             
                  4. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper  
                  application.
