Heard Mr. S. Pandit, learned counsel appearing for the applicant who
has submitted that a delay of 145 days has occurred while preferring the
appeal on the grounds that the convict is facing financial constraints and could
not engage a counsel within the stipulated period to file the appeal. Hence this
petition seeking condonation of such delay.
This Court on consideration of the submission made is inclined to allow

the prayer. Accordingly, this application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
Application stands disposed of.
The Registry is directed to diarize the appeal and list the same for
admission on 04.10.2024.
