                Heard Mr. J. Shylla, learned counsel for the petitioner who has   
           submitted that the related appeal has been filed against the judgment and order
                                         1                                        

                                                        2024:MLHC:892-DB          
           dated 14.05.2024 wherein the appellant has been convicted by virtue of the
           said order. The appeal could not be filed within the stipulated period and as
           such a delay of 75 days has occurred in filing of the same which delay is
           sought to be condoned herein.                                          
                This Court on consideration of the submission made, finding that there
           are good grounds for preferring the said application, the delay is accordingly
           condoned.                                                              
                Petition stands disposed of.                                      
                The Registry is directed to diarize the appeal and list the same for
           admission on 04.10.2024.
