             Per W. Diengdoh, (J):
Heard Mr. S.K. Hassan, learned counsel for the appellant who has
submitted that on perusal of the impugned judgment and order annexed
with the memo of appeal at page No. 19 it appears that under the heading
“Charge” a mistake has occurred wherein the name of the charged person
is not the same as that of the appellant herein who has eventually been
convicted in the case. The learned counsel has submitted that this appeal
may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the trial court
             for correction of such error.
On prayer made, the same is allowed. Appeal is dismissed as
withdrawn and stands disposed of with liberty to approach the trial court
and after correction is made to then approach this Court, if so advised.
