Heard Mr. L. Khyriem, learned counsel for the petitioner who has
submitted that it has come to the notice of the petitioner that there are
developments in this matter which are beyond his knowledge, such as the
purported issuance of the order of suspension, copy of which has not yet been
received by him. It is therefore prayed that this petition may be allowed to be
withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one.
On prayer made, the same is allowed.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and stands disposed of with liberty
as sought for.
