                                JUDGMENT   AND  ORDER  (ORAL)                     
             1.   Mr. N.D.Chullai, learned AAG assisted by Ms. Z.E.Nongkynrih,    
             learned GA submits that the documents which have been sought by the  
             writ petitioner as indicated in their rejoinder affidavit dated 04-09-2024,
             wherein at Annexure-3 thereof, the said documents appearing at Sl. No. 4
             and 6, the documents are under investigation and the copies have since
             been provided to the charged Officer under Section 207 CrPC.         
             2.   With regard to Sl. No. 10 which the petitioner has submitted are
             copies of all the stock register which has not been furnished, it is reported
             that these materials have been seized by the Investigation Officer and the
             details are to be verified. Mr. N.D.Chullai, learned AAG further submits it
             is not known if these documents are part of the case itself.         
             3.   Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel has also submitted that in
             the meanwhile the examination of all the witnesses has since been    
             concluded.

             4.   In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the
             present case, as such, the same is closed and disposed of.
