              1.        This is an application filed under Section 152 of CPC for 
              correction of a typographical error, which appeared in the order dated
              05.08.2024, passed by this Court in CRP No. 20 of 2021.             
              2.          Mr. R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant     
              submits that the typographical error, is only with regard to the number
              of the Misc. Case appearing at paragraphs No. 9 and 10 of the said  
              order, wherein instead of Misc. Case No. 1(T) of 2020, Misc. Case No.
              4(T) of 2020, has been shown.                                       
              3.        The same is concurred by Mr. S. Thapa, learned counsel    
              for the respondent.                                                 
              4.        Accordingly, the prayer in the Misc. Case is allowed, and 
              the paragraphs No. 9 and 10 of the judgment dated 05.08.2024, Misc. 
              Case No. 4(T) of 2020 stands corrected and should be read as Misc.  
              Case No. 1(T) of 2020.                                              
              5.         This Misc. Case is disposed of. Certified copy will be   
              issued accordingly.
