1. This is an application for impleading the Divisional
Social Forest Officer, West Garo Hills District, Tura, as the
respondent No. 5 in the main writ petition.
2. The impleadment is sought, as the said Divisional
Social Forest Officer, is a necessary party for proper adjudication of
the matter.
3. The same is not objected by Ms. S. Bhattacharjee,
learned GA for the State respondents.
4. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the Divisional
Social Forest Officer, West Garo Hills District, Tura is impleaded
as the respondent No. 5. Registry to make necessary addition in the
main writ petition.
