             1.   The petitioner had approached this Court with a prayer that the 
            respondents be directed to pay arrears salaries for the services she had
            rendered to the School in question along with restoring here actual position
            thereto.                                                              
             2.   In the course of hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in
            view of the fact that the petitioner is no longer an employee of the  
            respondent School, on the suggestion of the Court, the respondent No. 5
            had calculated the salary as admissible to the petitioner, less the amount she
            had already been paid for the services rendered.

             3.   Though there were objections from the part of learned counsel for
            the petitioner as to the amount, but in consideration thereof, today on
            instructions, an amicable solution had been arrived at whereby the    
                                                   ₹                              
            petitioner is agreeable to accept an amount of 1,00,000/- (Rupees One 
            lakh) only as a final and full settlement for the services rendered.  
             4.   The cheque, in open Court, has been handed over to the learned  
            counsel for the petitioner, photocopy whereof shall be supplied to the Court
            Master for placement in the record.                                   
             5.   Accordingly, in view of the said settlement, this matter stands closed
            and disposed of.
