Seen order dated 19.01.2024 passed in Special Leave to Appeal
(C) No(s).1006/2024 (The Principal/Principal-in-Charge of Naorem
Birahari College v. Langpoklakpam Kamal) and SLP (C)
No.975/2024. By the said order, the Supreme Court due to availability
of a Coram in the High Court of Manipur has directed for transfer of
Writ Appeal No.20 of 2023 back to the High Court of Manipur so that it
can be decided by the High Court expeditiously. Accordingly, Writ
Appeal No.20 of 2023 along with connected miscellaneous applications
which appear today in the list at item No.3 shall stand retransferred to

the Manipur High Court. Registry to undertake necessary steps for
transfer.
It is also been submitted by Mr. Sahu that WA No.21 of 2023
arising from the same subject-matter as well as Contempt Case (C)
No.26 of 2023 are still pending before this Court and there are no orders
for transfer of these matters back to the Manipur High Court.
Considering the situation, apart from the transfer of Writ Appeal
No.20 of 2023, list WA No.21 of 2023 and Contempt Case (C) No.26 of
2023 after four weeks for further orders.
List on 29.02.2024.
