This is an application for extension of time to file reply to the
demand show cause notice issued with DIN
No.202309DEE3000000A06F dated 30.09.2023. This Court vide order
dated 11.12.2023 had allowed the petitioner 30 days’ time from the date
of the order to file the show cause.
Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for the applicant
submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said reply could not
be filed within the time stipulated by this Court, as such he prays that
some extension of 60 days be given.
