              1.       The petitioners are before this Court praying for a direction
              to the respondents for revival of two vacant posts of Radiotherapy  
              Technician, which were advertised on 03.12.2021, and for further    
              direction to issue appointments to the petitioners based on the selection
              results, wherein the petitioners had been declared successful.

              2.       It is submitted by Mr. Philemon Nongbri, learned counsel for
              the petitioners that on the new posts being sanctioned, a fresh     
              advertisement was advertised, wherein the petitioners participated and
              also emerged successful.                                            
              3.       Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. S. Rumthao,    
              learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter can be closed
              at this stage, inasmuch as, a provisional offer of appointment dated
              12.02.2024 has been made in respect of both the petitioners. He further
              submits that formal appointment orders, will be issued shortly.     
              4.       In view  of this development, nothing remains for          
              consideration, and this matter stands closed and is disposed of.    
              5.       A copy of the provisional offer of appointment dated       
              12.02.2024 produced by the learned DSGI, and Letters of Acceptance  
              dated 13.02.2024, are taken on board and made part of the record.
