1. This is an application for deleting the name of the applicant
from the array of respondents in WP(C) No. 405 of 2023, who has been
arrayed twice, as the respondent Nos. 11 & 14.
2. It has been submitted by Mr. S.A. Sheikh, learned counsel
that no relief has been claimed against the applicant/respondent Nos. 11

& 14, and that he has been dragged un-necessarily into the writ
proceeding.
3. The prayer for deletion is not objected by Ms. E. Wanniang,
learned counsel for the petitioner (respondent herein).
4. Accordingly, the name of the applicant Shri Rana Mashud
Khan is struck-off from the array of respondents, wherein he has been
shown as the respondents Nos. 11 & 14.
5. Misc. Case stands disposed of.
