JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL
This is an application praying for additional time for compliance of
the judgment and order dated 16-09-2024, passed in WP(C). No. 230 of
2022.
Seen the reasons set out in the application for extension of time.
Though objection has been raised by Mr. S.Pandit, learned counsel
for the respondent to the time sought for compliance, the prayer of the

applicant is allowed for an additional three months’ time as a final
opportunity to comply with the judgment and order dated 16-09-2024,
passed in WP(C). No. 230 of 2022.
