              1.           Mr. A.G. Momin, learned counsel for the petitioner     
              submits that as there is alternate remedy available in the form of an
              appeal that can be preferred before the Chief Executive Member, who 
              sits as a Board of Revenue, he prays that he may be allowed to      
              withdraw this application with liberty to prefer the same before the
              appropriate forum.                                                  
              2.       The prayer is allowed, accordingly the matter stands closed
              on withdrawal, however with liberty as prayed.
