ORAL:
1. A copy of the death certificate issued by the Department of
Health Services, Municipal Corporation Gurugram, Haryana has been placed

before this Court, the same is brought on record and marked as Annexure-X.
2. Ms. B. Kharwanlang, learned counsel vice Mr. K. Paul, learned
senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a perusal of the said
certificate would show that the petitioner has since expired on 17.02.2024 at
Sanar International Hospitals, Haryana (A Unit of PK Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.)
Therefore, there is no doubt as to the fact that the petitioner is since
deceased. Accordingly, it is the prayer of the learned counsel that this matter
may be closed as infructuous.
3. Mr. N. Khera, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.
1 & 2 as well as Mr. N.D. Chullai, learned AAG appearing for the State
respondent Nos. 5-7 has also agreed and confirmed the death certificate and
has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the deceased
petitioner. Hence, on consideration of the matter, this Court is inclined to
allow the prayer made.
4. Petition is accordingly dismissed and stands disposed of as
infructuous.
