1. This is an application for condonation of 93 days delay in
preferring the connected civil revision application.
2. Mr. S. Syngkon, learned counsel appearing on behalf of
the respondent submits that an objection application has been filed,
indicating that though there are 7(seven) petitioners, there is no
authorization, authorizing the petitioner to present the civil revision or
the instant condonation application, on their behalf also.

3. Mr. L. Khyriem, learned counsel for the petitioners
submits that from the Trial Court itself, the petitioner had been
authorized to represent the other petitioners, and as the revision is in
continuation of the same proceedings, this application for condonation
may be accepted for consideration.
4. Heard learned counsels for the parties.
5. Seen that though no authorization is present on behalf of
the petitioners, it is a fact that the petitioner has been the active party
throughout the proceedings, before the Lower Court.
6. In that view of the matter, and also that no further
objection has been raised by Mr. S. Syngkon, the learned counsel for
the respondent, the delay of 93 days is condoned, and the civil
revision is admitted for consideration. Registry to register and diarize
the civil revision application.
7. This Misc. Case is disposed of.
