                           Mr. Mayonkui Ngalung, learned counsel appeared for       
                 applicant; Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared for respondent      
                 Nos. 1, 2 & 3 ; Mr. U. Augusta, learned counsel appeared for       
                 respondent No. 4 and Ms. Kabamdailiu Pamei, learned counsel        
                 appeared for respondent No. 5.                                     
                           Mr. Mayonkui Ngalung, learned counsel appearing for      
                 the applicant submitted that during the pendency of the connected  
                 writ petition, i.e. WP(C) No. 1013 of 2019, the respondent No. 4   
                 viz. Shri Meithonchung Kamei had expired on 31-01-2020. On         
                 coming to know about his expiry, the applicants filed an application
                 for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 4.   
                           Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA ; Mr. U. Augusta, learned     
                 counsel ; Ms. Kabamdailiu Pemei, learned counsel appearing for     
                 the respondents submitted that they have no objection in allowing  
                 the present impleadment application.                               

                           In view of the submission made above by the counsel      
                 appearing for the parties, the present application is allowed.     
                           Registry is directed to incorporate the names of the     
                 LRs, viz..-                                                        
                           (i)  Shri Paokhuilung Kamei, aged about 68 years         
                                S/o  late Meithonchung  Kamei,  residing at         
                                Nungba  Bazar, P.O./P.S. Nungba, Noney District     
                                Manipur Pin No. 795147.                             
                           (ii) Shri Thomas  Kamei, aged about 56 years S/o         
                                late Meithonchung Kamei, residing at Nungba         
                                Bazar, P.O./P.S. Nungba, Noney District Manipur     
                                Pin No. 795147.                                     
                           (iii) Smt. Gairiangliu Kamei, aged about 63 years D/o    
                                late Meithonchung Kamei, residing at Nungba         
                                Bazar, P.O./P.S. Nungba, Noney District Manipur     
                                Pin No. 795147.                                     
                           (iv) Smt. Ngamdinreiliu Kamei, aged about 53 years       
                                D/o  late Meithonchung  Kamei,  residing at         
                                Nungba  Marry Lane, P.O./P.S. Nungba, Noney         
                                District Manipur Pin No. 795147.                    
                           (v)  Smt. Ebonei Kamei, aged about 60 years D/o late     
                                Meithonchung Kamei, residing at Nungba Marry        
                                Lane, P.O./P.S. Nungba, Noney District Manipur      
                                Pin No. 795147.                                     

                           as the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 4 in the       
                 cause title of the connected writ petition.                        
                           With the aforesaid directions, the present application is
                 disposed of.
