respondent No. 4. None appeared for the private respondents.
The present application has been filed with the prayer for
deleting the name of the petitioner No. 30 from the array of parties in the
connected WP(C) No. 661 of 2024.
The learned GA as well as the learned senior panel counsel
appearing for the respondents submitted that they have no objection.
In view of the submission made above, the present application
is hereby allowed.
Registry is directed to delete the name of the petitioner No. 30
from the array of parties in the aforesaid connected writ petition.
